At Willow Vision Health, we provide thorough eye exams to assess the health of your eyes and detect any vision problems.
We offer a selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses to meet your vision needs.
If you have an eye condition such as dry eye, eye infection, eye trauma, our office can provide effective treatment options to manage your symptoms and improve your vision.
We provide eye care for children of all ages. Please when making an appointment, let us know if your child needs more time. Dr. Karina wants to help children with any level of comfort with doctor visits; whether a child needs non verbal accommodations or has any neuro divergent condition requiring modification from the conventional exam steps, every effort will be made to address those accommodations. As someone with adult ADHD herself, Dr. Karina understands that the mind works different for everyone and it should never deter ability to complete a comprehensive eye exam.
Considering laser corrective surgery? Option for refractive surgery procedure can be discussed. Dr. KARINA FULTON worked in an office with ophthalmologists focusing on preliminary and post operative exams.
Portable equipment is available to complete a comprehensive eye exam. Option is available for on site comprehensive eye exams for small businesses employees.
Integrative comprehensive eye exams are available. Our office welcomes patients of all age groups, with a strong emphasis on pediatric eye care as how vision affects learning and behavioral health. There is so much more to good vision health than being able to read the 20/20 line on the eye chart.
Please call the office to discuss in detail exact fees and insurance information. Currently we are waiting to be signed up to several plans, including some public state plans and Davis. Vision insurance companies make profit with patients' premiums and give a fraction of an actual deserved service fee to the doctors. For that reason and due to the rising costs of everything, eliminating the middle people has been a route many doctors prefer when possible. I recommend to add up cost of paying for vision insurance each month and compare that COMPREHENSIVE exam in our office for GLASSES PRESCRIPTION is $98 (additional cost for contact lenses fitting). I also work with affordable local labs that do not restrict what lens material for glasses we can order as some vision care plans set their own rules for lens options and still have additional copays for upgrades.
In order to provide a personalized exam, the care is fee for service set up as when people go for their hairstyle change, manicure/pedicure or any other beatification investment, yet having a thorough eye exam is more pertinent to your health. Even for medical exams for infection or trauma, cost of care with us is less than with major medical plans if going to the ER and treatment is more effective because we have a slit lamp tool most ER offices do not. For a COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAM, our prices are less than average cost of PARTIAL highlights; fees are based on the level of expertise needed and amount of time spent with the doctor.
Given the trends for the past decades of VISION insurance reimbursements not changing as the cost of everything else rising, it is difficult for optometry offices to agree to contract with insurance companies that take advantage of their labor. For vision care companies, reimbursements to the doctors at times come weeks later or are partially paid, making it difficult for drs to maintain everyday costs. Raising awareness of corporate greed is key to changing our systems. Thank you for your time in reading this section.
